In 1981, the idea of buying and fixing up a five-acre, multi-dwelling property at 310 Mountain View Avenue was a good one.
There are some rewards in life which manifest themselves as reminders of how hard work and perseverance occasionally pay off.
An example of this is the gazebo (above) completed in 2000, which replaced the playground equipment as the property's centerpiece. This was a labor of love
for my niece, Nicole, and her husband-to-be, Matt.
